Well this is the first one I did on 2-14

I figured that I would do a few different tops before I changed out the needle to do the FMQ on them all at the same time. I'm not sure how much trouble it will be but I thought that it would be easier to do it that way. Please feel free to let me know what everyone thinks and how I can improve.

WELCOME FROM COLD MANITOBA-CANADA.. I think your priorities should be quilt, and pool, driving your husband crazy is icing on the cake. Quilting will keep your sanity, go for it..

I would really like to make this quilt for my DH for his birthday in July but i'm not really sure where to start. Is this just a large piece of brown fabric that is quilted to look like a tree? With an applique heart? initals are embrodery?
Thank you for any help and input.
