Greetings from The Bluegrass
Hi fellow quilters,
After lurking for about a week, I have decided to jump in. I have been an avid quilter since 2000. I actually learned the process backwards. I was taught to hand quilt then I learned to do piecing and applique. I had never touched a sewing machine in my life! Anyway, after a four year break due to divorce, work, and moving. I have jumped back in to my favorite hobby and am tackling some of my UFOs. I look forward to interacting with everyone and learning new things along the journey. I tend to lean more toward traditional patterns, scrappy items, and an unhealthy passion for reproduction fabrics. I wish everyone well and hope to make lots of new friends. Love from Kentucky, Robyn p.s. I am only an hour away from Paducah, which can be a dangerous thing ;) |
Welcome RobynRaye! Oh living that close to Paducah, I might be in trouble. Welcome to the board. You'll find lots of inspiration and friends here.

Welcome from Wisconsin! I too started out hand quilting, but it's not because I couldn't sew. I just couldn't get anything to match up when I used the machine.
