Hello from Pleasanton. I love Merced - especially when we would head camping in the Sierras in the summertime. The fruit stands along the roads would have fresh farm picked items that were always very tasty.

Best wishes as you care for your mom. Reading the ideas on this board is a great way to get some "away" time even if you don't have the time or energy to quilt.
