Hi,
I'm new to this board and I am really interested in learning how to quilt. I still need to get my sewing skills down pat since its been years I attempted the sewing machine. I do use a wheelchair, which causes me to sew one handed. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to help guide the fabric straighter so that I could get an accurate seam? Right now a pedal less machine is not in the budget. Any help would be appreicated. :) Thanks, April |

Hey, I do not have the answers you seek, but I do know if they are out there the people on the QB will come up with them. They are so helpful and kind--I'm sure you will feel at home. Cyd

Welcome from NY...What type of machine? Buy a 1/4 inch guide foot...The guide will help keep it straight while you use your one hand to guide fabric....OH they also sell 3/4 inch guide feet...for bigger seams
