Default 60% coupon for Joann's and Warm and Natural batting info

    All,
There is 60% off coupon in current Joann flyer that is good for Veteran's Day (starts this Thursday through Monday). I want to buy Warm and Natural batting and would like to buy the whole roll of 40 yards since I have the coupon. When I call the store they tell me it's $14.99/yard. When I go online it's $449.99 roll bolt. I'm confused on why I have to send for a whole bolt in order to get better price instead of just going to the store. But I'm going to order it online and have them deliver to my door as it's cheaper price. Shipping will be $18 which isn't bad, IMO.

For those of you that might want batting this might be good deal for you if using your coupon. I'll attach link here. Also, just today they posted some kind of "promotional" batting that I haven't seen before so you might want to investigate that also. Any opinions are welcome on why the big price difference.

    Thanks, Dianna

The 60% coupon in my flyer for Veterns's Day says it is for in-store only not for online.

Yes, my coupon also says in store. I'm also confused by your post. A roll of batting is usually 30 yards. If you multiply 14.99 by 30, you get $449... So it's the same price in the store as on line. Am I missing something here?

The website says 40 yards (click on the link given). Joanns makes it so hard to compare.

You can go to the store and special order it. That way you can still use your coupon.

Thanks for the responses! I would have been SO disappointed to try to order online and couldn't use my coupon. Special ordering is a great idea. I knew this board would help me to figure out best way to go with this. As we all do....I want to get best buy on the batting! Thanks again. Dianna

Last time I special ordered, I had to pay shipping to the store! I talked to the store manager, and said if I had known I had to pay shipping, I would have had the order sent to my house!! She did refund the shipping charges!

Yep. you're right. Sorry! I'm going to blame it on the time change...

Last week I drove almost 200 miles to a JoAnns, picked out the material that caught my fancy, only to find out that the coupon I had was useless.... told that the material was on sale but they could not apply the coupon....I looked at the coupon after I returned home and it stated '' good on any sale item... bottom line, not only a waste of time and hours of driving, but i will not recommend nor shop there again.
