Have you tried the June Taylor shape cutters. I have the large one I use for all my multiple strips. It is fast and great.

Yes I bought one a few weeks ago. Its is wonderful for making fringe on scarfs. I have not done strips of materials yet. But will soon. Going shopping for material today to do a few more Christmas quilts.
