    I recd a response from quilt in a day. Refund and sincere apology. Now I'm really curious about needle threader onebyone named......needle beetle? Or something...where did you purchase

    Mine is by Clover, and it works for me all the time (unless the hole isn't facing the right way).

    Mine is a Bohn threader that I think Jan in VA recommended and it's great. Never have had any problems and I've had it over a year now.
