I designed a quilt with EQ6, and it consists of mainly Flower Pot blocks...they are a less complex variation of the Bride's Bouquet/Nosegay block.
I've done 16 of them, only 4 left needed for my quilt, in a different color. Woohoo! Anyhow, I'm stopping at about 1/4 from the y, then completely breaking thread, re-aligning seams and pivoting my block to sew. They are coming out ok, but if I'm not careful I get a gap at the point.
Anyone have any good tips, other than don't leave a gap?! LoL* I probably should have paper pieced them, but I was hoping to prove to myself I could actually piece half way decent with templates!
