Suggestions Please!

I have 14 of these HST 4 1/2" square of each color left over from a project.Any suggestions of what to do with them? Layout? As you can see the direction of the print is mixed too.

What about a couple of pillow tops or pillow shams to go with the quilt?

A lady that came for a visit from California showed some bibs made from orphan blocks
for the alzheimers units that she makes and donates to the unit where she lives.
