I just can't wait to have the instructions before sewing my pieced top togther (pay day today! YAY!). Does anyone know what size borders to use after I have my 5" squares sewn together?

No, I don't but would love that tool. I should have bought it
when I was at a show. Could you give me the size of the
tool, and how far in the X is? I thought maybe I could figure
it out myself. Good luck with for some reason I thought the
border was 2-1/2 but don't quote me.

I have the tool, but will have to check when I get home if you don't have the answer by then.

I've made 4 tops from the big twister and 3 from the small one. SOOOOO fun and quick. My boards have varied. Some have 2 colors so not so wide. I think I do 3 in finished on the small wall hanging one.

I guessed and cut 3 1/2" strips. I now have the tool and directions mention a 3" border, so not so bad a guess  .

Thank you Board Members for trying to help.
(The Lil Twister was only $9.99 at my LQS.)
