I haven't used it a ton but the ones I've used the most are the 2.5" strip, the 6.5" square and the 4.5" strip (for borders).

Our quilt group bought a Go from club funds, and we got the mix and match set to give us lots of versatility. We later added the two arrabesque dies, a flowe die, hearts and teardrops so that we have some applique ones too.
Personally, I have just ordered the double wedding ring set of two dies. I have always wanted to do one of those, and there are a great set of videos on Youtube to help do it.

I think it depends on they type of quilts you like. I *need* strip cutters and dies for shapes I don't want to cut by hand like the circles and rose of sharon etc. I'm not into applique too much so those aren't on my *need* list yet. A wonderful lady named Ebony Love has a website with videos on using the accuquilts with various dies. She's also hosting a mystery quilt starting yesterday for the Studio and one starting next week for the Go using various dies. The website is quiltpossible.com. I've learned that you can use the strip cutters and cross-cut to make squares and diamonds so instead of buying a 3 in. square die I bought a 3 in strip dies so I can cut strips or squares or diamonds. Caution thought .... it's totally addicting LOL. I have a blast cutting now which means my UFO's keep growing and growing.

Susan,If you do the cross-cut don't your strip come out a little smaller?Like you cut on the length wise grain.Well now i don't know what I'm talking about.Connie in CO
