I got the design from pintrest after looking at this quilt - https://www.pinterest.com/pin/204984220516515339/

There was no pattern, but it's just 30 of the same square.

Default Thanks!

You're all so welcoming! Thank you.

I'm hearing curves and maybe SITD. I'll take that back to the drawing board and will post a picture when I'm all done. Any other ideas are welcome!

I have to post that I think your quilt is gorgeous. As for quilting ideas, perhaps echo quilting inside all the black sections. I love the graphic angularity of your pattern, and against the usual advice would go with straight stitching. Square grid in the green/orange sections.

I think SITD around the outside and then alternate between two patterns -- one more linear/stippled/pebbled and the other more curvy/flowing (like feathers)

I love your quilt--the pattern, the colors, the contrast--it is beautiful. I have no idea how to quilt it, but it is stunning.

I would follow the diagonal diamond shapes with straight stitching lines. Then I would go back and stitch lines about 1 inch apart using blue painters tape as a guideline echoing the shapes. This is a modern look and it can be done easily with your walking foot.
