Me too!!!! Christmas is always celebrated at one of my childrens homes so I get to admire all their pretty Christmas decorations without the chore of putting them up or taking them down.

We leave our Christmas tree up until January 6, the day called Epiphany, which signifies the end of the Christmas season. We usually take down outdoor decorations whenever the weather is good enough after Christmas.

My inside decorations are all taken down but haven't been put away yet. Just got the tree outside yesterday and I hauled it to the wood pile today. I'll leave the pine wreath up for a while yet, out on the front of the house. The inside always looks so bare after I take down the decorations.

I am in the process of it right now...still have to take down the village...and the tree is empty now, but still needs to go back in the box. Have to switch out the Christmas dishes with the regular, but need to wash some dishes first.

We just finished putting all the Christmas inside decorations away yesterday--we do a large outside display and that took us 3 full days to take down and get put up (my husband does it for the children in the neighborhood--they all love it) and then another 2 days to do the inside. I really like all my Christmas decorations and now the house looks a little empty.

ditto. My home still has Christmas themed kitchen towels, pot holders, tablecloth and ornaments. I will take care of them next weekend. For now I'm working on 3 tablecloths (new project) with many UFOs still on their corresponding bag. As Deb said: Happy New Quilting year to ME TOO!!!

Ours are still up! We spent the weekend cleaning out our attics - yes we have two attic spaces! We've been accumulating junk for 20 years. After it was all done, it felt so good. I also did a big project on the shower - mold had gotten behind the calking, so I did my best to get at it. But the whole time I was doing all the other stuff, I kept hoping for some quilting time, which finally came late on Monday. But now it is back to my normal work schedule, with a little quilting time in the evenings. Christmas will come down this weekend.

My tree and any other decorations in the house are put away the day after Christmas if not the evening of Christmas. The outside decorations are a different story since that's hubby's department. If it were left up to him he'd leave the lights on the house year round so I have to keep reminding him about them. He's usually got them down within a couple of weeks after Christmas.

You are not alone. I usually put everything away on New Years but my sewing room called and of course
I answer right away. I keep putting it off so I decided to a little (LOL), every day for as long as it takes.
    I'd rather be sewing.

Yep! My sewing room is much more fun than putting decorations away
