I saw a post on here were you could sign up to not buy fabric for six months.
Does anyone know of the link?

I think I need a group to help me stop buying :roll: LOL
Maybe first step - DO NOT GO TOO CLASSIFIEDS OR QUILT STORE OR FABRIC STORE :roll:

Yesturday I just ordered for my swaps - so I will still be getting material.

Karen, I have another solution!!!!!!!!!!
Now it's going on 9 days cleaning out my sewing room. I swear I'm never buying another piece of fabric as long as I live!!!
(good thing there's no bible under my hand hehe)

buy ALL the fabric u love then donate it to ME!!
I'll put it go good use for American Veterans Project making quilts and walker bags for Veterans!@!!

smile.... I'm such an enabler!! hehehehe

i tried that too.Didn't work for me. Now i know what fabrics i have and i can't resist when i see a fabric that coordinates!

There was a fellow quilter on the board who challenged us to use our current stash to create as many projects as we like and then to post them in December. I think it is a good idea to use what we have (sorta doing our thing for the planet). See what you can create before you go buying more.
