It took ages for me to get a confirmation of my order in my e-mail but they did eventually send me a shipping date. Maybe they're just short handed. I haven't received the actual package yet. Don't remember the exact date I ordered but it was so long before I heard anything that I forgot what I ordered!

Don't forget that if you paid via Pay Pal, you can list this as a dispute with the seller, and Pay Pal will take you to arbitration. Sounds harsh, but I have done it a couple of times.

Pay Pal upheld my claim both times, and I got my money back. I don't see why 'sellers' should just take my money and not supply any goods.

They do have a toll free number on their site. I would give them a call.

Was this recently? When they started that sale I placed an order and got confirmation, but it took them almost 2 weeks or maybe more to recieve it....and it really wasnt a big order. I think they were just overwhelmed with orders because of the great low prices. Good luck!....and be patient.

My first order when the sale started took several weeks, but it finally got here and it was great fabric.

I've reordered since, but haven't heard a word and it's been over 2 weeks

    thanks for your answers.

it is so frustrating and I think they should not have taken that many orders if they are not able to ship them within 5 weeks!?

My sister and I both placed rather large orders and waited several weeks before we got the fabric.
