I received my order, very well packaged but it took about 2 weeks. They do not charge your card until the shipment leaves since apparently not all that is listed on their website is available. They sent me a confirmation of what would be shipped. I ordered all batiks and they are a good quality. I would order again. I just think they have been overwhelmed with orders from the quilting board and are playing catch-up.

This is basically what happened to me also. I ordered 4 fabrics and only received 2 - the others were sold out. But I am happy with what I received.

OK, some details here. I placed my order on October 15th of about 20 yards. Their website states that they are about 7-10 days behind on getting orders out. I contacted them on November 3rd or so to check the stauts, and got a prompt response from Chris saying that they are swamped and if I'd like to cancel, just let him know ( I didn't, I just wanted to make sure they are still there before I spend more money on fabric). About four days later I received a shipping confirmation and two days later the package with almost everything I ordered. The only things they didn't have/send was some Holiday fabric I ordered.

And BTW, your account should not be charged until they process your order and send you confirmation.

I hope this helps.
I am not sure why you wouldn't be getting responses from them.

I oreded a few yards from them(great prices and good fabric).They were slow,but I know they must be busy,and I was very pleased with my order when it arrived.

They do ship do switzerland, at least their homepage says so. But it is difficult for me to call them.
Obvioulsy it helps to get in contact with them. I ordered October 13th and they did not ship yet.

Wow!! My "big" order pales in comparison to yours. But yes, we got everything we ordered and our cards weren't charged until the orders shipped.

If they were listed here by someone maybe they got overwhelmed. It seems there are lots of responses to things listed on the board here. (maybe it is one or 2 person operation and a thousand orders were generated by being noticed here)?
