Anyone use a router regulator on their old machines? I have a Singer 15 and want to make sure it won't hurt the motor by slowing down the voltage.

thanks in advance for any thoughts on this

a friend of mine in winnipeg used one of these on an old machine and it worked quite well for her. i believe she worked with http://mikesmachineshop.com/ to get it working.
