Those old Japanese machines are pretty good overall. Made of all metal, weighing in at 40 pounds, teasing. A lot of them are what is commonly referred to as "Singer model 15 clones", the tension being on the end, on the faceplate. They will sew forever.Originally Posted by Mary M
Hi,
I recently picked up a green Tz-20 machine in the cabinet, and am also having a hard time located further information. It appears to have been made by Toyota, I'd guess in the late 50s/early 60s. I love the machine and would like to know more about it. Did you ever find out anything more about the one you were looking at?
