A few months back I submitted some pieces of work for scrutiny to the organisers and selection panel of Scotland's largest artist craft fairs. Criteria for acceptance is very strict, work has to be unique not from patterns or magazines, and covering all areas of art. Weeks went past and so I assumed I hadn't been accepted however this morning I discovered an acceptance letter in my email inbox. I don't think I can adequately express how chuffed and excited I am about this. I've missed displaying at this years Edinburgh Festival but now I've been accepted into their mailing list I can apply for all their future events. Sooo chuffed!
