Default babies babies every where

I don't know what is going on but I know of 6 women having babies that I need to make baby quilts for. Good thing I love to make them. I have one with the binding on workig on sewing it to the back. I have another I am piecing right now that I have to have all done by June23 for a co-shower. (They are sisters) and I have four more that I am waiting to find out the sex on. One of the sisters I made all the crib/toddler bedding for and she loves it had to take it home to see how it looked in the babies room and show hubby and her mom. She is going to give if back so I can give it to her officially at the baby shower. (I couldn't wait to show her how it was looking. Still have a couple boxes and a small pillow to make)
This is really hard now with so many women pregnant makes me reallly really want a 3rd child. I wonder if there is something going around in the water right now. (Better get me some) I plan on posting pics when I get the crib bedding back and get the other quilt top finished.

I was going to say, "DON'T drink the water!" LOL. I have two awesome boys and pregnancy was no picnic by any means. I would be miles away from the water!

Baby quilts are my favorite thing to make. There are so many cute patterns and they don't take forever. Good luck.

The last baby quilt i made and gifted at the shower, my DH said" i wish people would stop having babies so you wouldn't have to make them quilts." and I said" do you really think that would stop me?" he thinks i spend too much time on quilting and not enough on anything else. Poo on him!! LOL

My daughter is having her first baby this week, and i'm sorry to say I haven't even started making a baby quilt. Shame on me. This is going to be my first grandbaby. (still working on her wedding quilt). I have been fussing with these diaper covers that she wants. I knew for 9 months and I waited to the last month to make anything!

you can make a real easy quilt in a day if you wanted to make one for when the baby come home from the hospital.

With that many baby quilts to make you should try the two colored binding that was introduced (I think) by charismah a while back. I used it on my last 'gift' quilt and it was great! There is no hand stitching and it looks so professional. Here is the link: http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...ge-t77821.html
