I think it is wonderful that you can use your batting scraps so resourcefully. I save mine too and either sew pieces together to use on a larger project, small projects and practicing FMQ. Some is saved for projects that need a stuffing too.

i use mainly W&N batting, i don't think it makes good stuffing.

but at least,for me, having the measurements on the pieces i sewed together, will make me be more thrifty! i don't always
need to grab a coupon and get batting, if i have some already to go!
i never start a FMQ project without practicing on a sandwich! i need to get loose!

OMG! I understand as I have boxes of batting. Thanks for posting as it gives me some ideas on what sizes to cut to organize.
