I like the idea of the scarves out of flannel. May do that with some of my scraps and send them to Pine Ridge in the next box I send out.

to lazy and to much in a hurry once i start sewing, to do it then. thats the reason i got into this messy pile!

i still have a drawer full of batting scraps to do, but this is what i accomplished ..

i marked on finished sizes on a post it note..

Ladies, i did not mean for you to think i was organized..ROFL
i just decided it was time to sew them together and quit buying more batting off the bolt, when i had plenty here!

besides, it rained all day here yesterday!! today is sun shine and beauty here in Michigan,no sewing or organizing!

very ambitious of you and you did such a great job! the last 2 wall hangings i made i did the same thing. It's a little time consuming but why not use the pieces and save some money in this economy :-D

I just recently did this & it makes it so much easier to find the right size piece when you need one. I have seen the iron-on tape advertised to piece together batting & I thought there must be something less expensive. I cut light weight iron-on interfacing about 3 inches wide & length I needed & ironed with a medium heat. It worked great.
