    quilters dream batts are fabulous batts! i love them all- they come in different lofts- if the one you are using is not as lofty as you would like- just choose one that is 'loftier-
    the 'loftiest' batts are polyester.
    the dream wool is a nice batt (my all time favorite) it tends to 'fluff up' with each wash/dry- but is a nice lightweight batt.

    Quilters dream would be perfect for what you like. Cotton and thin. You won't get much demension in the quilting with a tinner batt. Are you hand or machine quilting? I usually use Warm and Natural. It is a bit thicker than quilters dream and finishes real nice.
