I'm overjoyed for you. I hope you have many years with your new machine! The dealer just wanted it to go to a good home. Congratulations to you!

Yeah! So excited for you, but sad that your lqs is closing. It's wonderful that your friend has the same machine. Our Janome dealer's store burned, and they aren't going to reopen, so I don't have anybody (except you guys) to run to with questions. Have fun with your new baby and be sure to post pics of your creations! I think I'd take a few days vacation to play!

I feel your glee - I too got a new machine 2 months ago - I am totally in heaven! Brother Laura Ashley - I have fallen in love with sewing all over again - not just quilting either!!!!

Congrats to you. I have a QE4, love all the features on it. A bit of a challenge at times finding the right zone for Fmq, but I am finally getting it!

I have a Quilt Expression 4.0 I used for FMQ. It is fun to sew with - so many functions that make sewing so much easier and fun. I am upgrading to a Long Arm, so I am selling the 4.0 to help pay for the Long Arm. But, I will sure miss her. Enjoy your new baby!

I understand your joy and sadness. I went on vacation for two weeks, first thing when I came home was to say HELLO! to my sewing machines.
