Default Black and White

DH bought me a fat quarter package at shop hop. Its black and white. there are 15 fat quarters and now I have to find a pattern. I would like some inputbut please nothing with tiny pieces, These old eyes are not what they used to be. 2'x2' is about as small as I can work with. Here is a photo of what I have. there is one teal and one reddish piece that is a part of the package. Thanks I hope the photo is okay. I am still learning.

OH MY!!! They are beautiful. I love the bright colors they put with it.

I'm saving Black and white for a Turning 20 quilt - or a Yellow Brick Road quilt. I enjoy the larger pieces, but will watch to see what people say to make.

I don't have a pattern in mind but just wanted to say that a "black and white quilt, with a touch of red" is on my 'to do' list. Those are some really cute fabrics.

I really like a D9P done in black & white with an accent colour. No small pieces to sew.

How about a French Braid quilt, using the brights in the little boxes down the center? That would be really pretty. If you've not seen a French Braid check it out on the internet. If it's something you want to try, PM me, I have a book I'll send you.

I, too, love black and white. I have a black, white, red and yellow quilt and I am currently doing a black & white star quilt.

Nice, nice fabrics!

I just bought a bunch of black, white and red fabrics to make a shower curtain in my new apt. I am trying to decide which pattern I want to go with: Yellow Brick Road 12" or a 6" D9P. I might just have to make a couple of blocks of both patterns to see which one I want to go with. Waiting for the other fabric to arrive today.

Love the colors and prints. When I purchase fabric I try to get at least a yard or 2 of black and white.

I am currently making my daughter a sweatshirt jacket with black and white strips and just a few accent pieces of tangerine. I hope to finish it today! Whatever you decide to do, it will be gorgeous!
