Can any one tell me the name of this block? Thank You..

The first thing I see is four "Milky Way" stars coming together in the center to form a pinwheel. The half-square triangles around them look like those in "Eccentric Star 2" (p.41 in 1000 any-Size Quilt Blocks by Causee and Weiss).

I am not finding anything there... also checked out Pat Sloan's My Secret Garden.. ,, nothing!! Just can't remember where I got this picture??? Help Help !!

It can be made with squares and HSTs. Draw it out on graph paper into whatever size you need (it will need to bean even number). I also break blocks like this into sections. If this is a finished 12" block then each square/HST would be 2" finished - 6 across and 6 down. I would piece these in four block sections - 3 across - 3 down. Then join in rows.
