Thread: Border question

I think I agree with them facing out so that a child on the quilt would see them right side up no matter which way they are laying. But it really is personal preference. Nice job.

i like the 2nd one better....

And absolutely adorable fabric!!!

I like the top of the heads to the outside edge.If you are looking down on the baby or crib, the other way made me feel off balance.

My preference is 2nd picture.

facing out would be my choice....and yes, it is just a matter of personal preference.

I just did a quilt where I had to lay the border both ways and make a decision too.

I've done them both ways and it just depends on the fabric and on your preference...as you can see, everyone will give you an opinion...lol.

I like the second picture best.

I'm with the others I like the 2nd pic. The first one looks odd to me.
