Which brand of rulers do you use?

I like my Creative Grids rulers the best out of the several brands I bought before attending a quilt show and discovering Creative Grids.
I love EB Flying Honkers rulers and have all of them. I just used her rulers to make 32 Flying Geese. Easy peasy!

Once again, agree wholeheartedly!! I've also gotten rid of all but my Olfa Frosted rulers.

I think I bought whatever was available when I needed it. When I started quilting - I really didn't know how much I would like this hobby so I purchased a ruler at Walmart - I just finally stopped using that ruler because the markings were rubbed off and I couldn't read it (it was about 5 or 6 yrs old) so I bought another one. I have bought a couple of specialty rulers: Dresden ruler, tri-recs, hex n more ruler, set of square up rulers, and one circle cut ruler. That is about it for my rulers. (It sounds like a lot but it really isn't) I don't think you need anything fancy - you just need to use them.

I have several different brands thanks to inheriting Margaret's when she went into the nursing home. The only one I'm not particularly fond of is the one that apparently was her favorite as it is quite worn. It is very thick and clunky and the grid catches on the edge of the fabric so it does not slide smoothly to position accurately. There are several specialty ones that I haven't had occasion to use yet. Mostly I just use my 6x24 June Taylor that I got shortly after I started quilting.
