There is a quilt shop in Markesan, Wisconsin that is suffering with all the job losses in the area. Its called "All About Quilting." Lorrie has gorgeous fabrics and her prices are reasonable. If you get into Green Lake County, visit her store. She is struggling and she is a wonderful person, very helpful and so is the gal working for her. It is important to keep our small shops alive, they carry quality fabrics and provide great classes. If you want a class on something she will set up something I am sure.

Thanks,
Julia her friend

I am in Wisconsin, not in that area, but if I do get to that area, I will try to stop in her shop. Sorry that she is having a hard time. We need our local quilt shops to stay in business!

Don't live anywhere near there, but my dad lives in Green Lake and hopefully soon I'm going that way to have him meet my boyfriend. Maybe I can convince Joe to drive me to the quilt shop as well.
