Making a rag baby quilt for a baby shower today and could not get my machine to sew properly. The bottom thread would not connect with the top thread. Tried everything, took out the bobbin about 6 times, rethreaded the top over and over, no luck. Just about decided I would have to take the machine in for repair and I realized I had forgot to put the presser foot on to my walking foot. Duh !! ( I have a viking with a walking foot that has several different feet ) Really felt stupid and wasted over an hour trying to sew before I figured it out.

Bet you don't do that again. Don't beat yourself up, we all have the "stupid mistake" stories.

Now for the good side of things, it didn't have to leave the house and it didn't cost you a thing but an hour of time. Those are two very good things. You didn't have to be without your baby.
