stupid, stupid mistake!

I should have learned from past experiences that I cannot do anything very detailed or important late at night. Last night I was trying to place an order with Keepsake Quilting but my computer was not cooperating. Finally about 1 am it decided to work. The order went through, yea. I wait for the confirmation email and see that the order is being shipped to my billing address, which is Texas but I am in Wisconsin. If it asked me for a shipping address I sure don't remember it. I called their cust serv # and left a message. This morning I sent an email to their cust serv online. I tried checking the order to see when it is due to be delivered. It doesn't show up yet; I suppose because it is the weekend, but I did see where you could put in a shipping address. I did. I wonder what my chances are of getting the order shipped here. I even paid for expedited shipping so I could get it quicker. Stupid me!

They are very helpful, courteous and customer service oriented. You could try calling them on Monday too. I wish you the best.

You are certainly not stupid. It may be operator error but we all have a few of those to our name. Sometimes the check-out portion of their program is not as user friendly as the store itself. Hope all lcomes out right in the end.

Just give them another call in the morning to straighten out the address thing. Probably no big problem for them. let us know what happens.

I hope it gets corrected before being shipped. I am betting that if you call early Monday a.m., it will be an easy fix.

Looks like they open at 8:30 am est so I'll have to give them a call at 7:30. I have never ordered from them before. I guess if they are closed all weekend there's not much of a chance they have processed my order. I am feeling hopeful.

I would call back as early as I could in the morning. Good luck in getting the error corrected.
