    Default Denim & t-Shirt Thoughts

I had been thinking of making my husband a Denim and T-shirt quilt. But I am curious on every ones thoughts on the combination of fabric what the outcome will be. I figured I could use a thin Flannel for the sandwich or only use bathing for the T-shirt section.

    Any Ideas and or suggestions?

I think I would put some heavyweight interfacing behind the t-shirts to balance with the denim. Another thought is to make it a reversible shaggy/raggy and back all the t-shirts with demin then arrange them so the quilt shows half denim/half t-shirt on each side. You might still want to put some stabilizer of some sort on the t's--they stretch easily.
