Not sure if you have the name wrong, or if it is a typo .... the correct spelling is Tiara.
It is the same machine as the HandiQuilter Sweet 16, just rebranded for BabyLock.
There have been numerous threads here on the QB about both, so you could look back at what has been said about them there. Or of course, Let Google be your friend for a wealth of knowledge.

Purchased one about a month ago and I love it!!! Sitting down is an advantage for me, as I have arthritis bad and can only stand so long. Have already quilted 2 queen-size quilts and no problems. You have to adjust your tension according to quilt and thread, but then you are ready to go. (I am sure you have to do this with any quilting machine. Enjoy it. So much nicer than trying to wrestle a big quilt under a regular machine.
