Hi, does it make a difference what brand do you use for serging? I have only heard of Maxilock (spelling) and now I see that Gutterman makes it too. At Joann's today I see something else at the "supervalue" bin, can you use it?

I have used the Joanns inexpensive serger thread and it worked great. :D:D:D

I use anything..cheap works well for me!...But...I try to keep the 3 or 4 spools similar in type and brand..works better...
