Didn't get DVD. Didn't order DVD. Did get a bill for DVD. Don't want the DVD. Returned bill with note that they are nuts to try a bill me for something I did not order or received. Glad to know I am not the only one. I was wondering if they thought I was senile and would pay.

Didn't order it so I kept it and wrote a note on their invoice. Two months later I got another one !! Kept it, sent them a note on their invoice and haven't gotten another one since. Guess they figured it out !!!

I starting receiving billing invoices (3) for the DVD. I tried to get off their list online and I finally had to call them to take me off their list. I resent having to go through so much to be taken off a list I never asked to be put on.

Gee, I don't want the DVD, so I hope I don't get it because I would not send it back. That sounds like a scam or poor business to rope customers in like that. No I don't want any part of that. Thanks for the heads up.

If you didn't sign anything or check a box then don't worry about it. Whatever is sent to you is yours to keep for free. CDs are super cheap to copy and mail so if just one out of 100 people pay for a membership it makes a profit.
