Default Hoffman Crystal Blue or any other crystal kit

Has anyone attempted this. If so what were the results. Its all done by notches. Did you have any problems putting it together

The add description says the whole quilt is all cut out. Just sew together. Are you up for the challenge of sewing this quilt? I love the Hoffmann batiks. So, it would be high quality fabric.

The ads say that it is easy to match up the notches and registration lines, but there is a review here that disparages the kit this user received - https://shop.americanquilter.com/rev...2/category/72/. It does say that the problems have been resolved.

Sewing patterns use notches to align the pieces, and that worked out fine. I think the key would be in whether the kit was prepared exactly to specifications, and whether the fabric was high quality.

I think paper piecing that one would be easier and more accurate. Beautiful pattern though. I found a video for this quilt that makes it look doable. Enjoy.
