So I have been looking for a embroidery only machine. I found the Janome Memory Craft 350.. (I think thats the name of it). It looks like a great machine. Is there anyone out there with that machine? What do you think of it?

    I don't have that machine.
Have you tried to find a Yahoo Group for the machine or Brand?

I love my Janome machine. I have a Janome 300E machine that was given to me by a friend, but have not used it yet.

One thing that you need to consider is the amount of memory available for the design, I think the Janome is limited..

Also, make sure you dont need to load the designs onto a proprietary card..in other words, make sure it has a usb port for designs.

Thats my very limited amount of opinion.. and it comes from shopping around for a machine..

I know the one I have been looking at does have a USB port. I thought that would be important. :)

Do you use your machine alot? What do you make from it?

I have the 350E. I have stitched a couple of small pieces and love the quality of the designs and its very easy to use. I have had it about two weeks. I researched before buying and received several responses (emails) from people who have this machine and all the feedback was positive. Good luck with your selection, I think you will like this machine if you decide to purchase.

I have had the Janome memory craft 350 for about 3 years now. I work that machine to death nearly every day - have not had a moment's trouble with it, I absolutely love it. I've made several embroidered quilts, won 1st place in the local fair on one of them, am working on a different one now, been running the machine for about 8-10 hours a day lately. they are kinda expensive but well worth it in my opinion. go online to jennyhaskins.com and look at some of her quilts. I made the roses for mary quilt, am now on the fragrant delights, i love her designs. good luck finding the perfect machine for you, the 350 is the perfect one for me.
