I'm very happy with my Magic Box...I ordered two blank cards from
AllBrands.com for $68. each and I have a good many designs that I
can use or erase and rewrite.

I also have a second hand pfaff 2170, and I think worth it for reliability, you do see some older viking models that do both on ebay or as trade in's and they are good quality and value. I looked into a brother machine before I bought and what I found from feedback is that the quality is just too inconsistent you can never have a problem or you can get a total lemon. There were enough lemons in the feedback to make me think twice about them even though features and value for money seem very good.
