    Default Favorite two color quilts

I am wanting some ideas for two color quilts. I looked at some on the computer. Mainly I see red/white, blue/white and black/white. Any other suggestions or pictures of two color quilts?

    Thanks for sharing

Sounds good Quiltaddict. I have a yellow and blue scrappy one I made. So maybe I will try the purple and green. Thanks

I like Dissapearing Hourglass for 2 coloured quilt. You get a graphic look with high contrast fabrics like black and white and a more subtle effect with medium contrast. I find it a great way to use up similar coloured fat quarters (blues) with the light fabric like white or cream. There are some great examples on this site.

I like two shades of grey if you are into neutrals. The other combo I like is teal and lime green if you like brights.

Two of Jenny Doan's tutorials are for a Drunkard's Path in Aqua and white, and a Jacob's Ladder in cheddar and white. I think both of them look awesome, and those are colors you don't see used alone very often.

Hunter's Star pattern in rich cranberry color and white. Our guild did this for our raffle quilt at the quilt show this year. It's georgeous! I hope I win.
