Here is a pic of my machine, and I need to figure out what presser foot I need for just every day sewing. The one that's on it now looks like it's been "modified" Will also post a pic of that. And here is the pic of the presser foot that's on it now. I would definitely take her in for a well deserved cleaning/oiling/adjustments. Check around for good pricing first as there can be a big difference. They will also be able to help you with any questions you have about machine "how do I...." things. Have fun with your machine and remember that we will always be here to help you with whatever questions may pop up!

I am so happy for you - your first sewing machine! That foot looks like a standard zig-zag foot to me. It would be a general purpose foot and is a good one to have come with the machine. You should be able to find the feet you want to add to your collection without a problem. Congratulations - I hope you have lots of fun!
