I was at JoAnn's earlier returning something and thought of looking around for anything good, on sale! Well, walked to the clearance section and there were two bins of FQ's on clearance sale! Yup, the red sticker said..... Drum roll please!..... .50!!! If I had the money I could have bought it all but I thought of behaving myself and picked up a few! So, if anyone is planning on going there today check it out I don't know when the sale ends! There may still be some goodies left! :)

I love those and buy them all the time. That said, I was told by the gal who works at Joann's that those FQs on sale are usually on sale because they don't measure out to an exact 18x22 inch. Many times they run one to two inches short. Just something you might want to be aware of if you are buying FQs for a specific project.

Thanks Tiffany, I kinda figured that was the case that's why I don't buy FQ's from there but I couldn't resist :)

I was in JoAnn's last week and the entire stock of FQ's was almost sold out. The clerk said they will be restocking soon from a new supplier. I guess the prices will be back up to the regular price then.

Many of the FQs at Jo-Anns were cut too small. That is why they are clearing out all their old stock before restocking. I was in there today and the wall was almost empty. I am hoping that when they get a new supplier, the fabric is better quality and the colors and patterns are more varied.

Yep, my Joann's had the same thing, only most were gone by the time I got there...still managed to find a few I liked...I noticed the FQ shelves were gone too, I asked the checker if they were no longer going to carry FQs, she didn't know the answer to that question, but the whole area back there is changed, so...

Even if they are a little short 50 cents is a great find.
