I have been looking all morning and can't find a good site with english paperpiecing, preferrably free. I'm sure someone on here knows the answer.
    Thanks

Have you looked at http://www.paperpieces.com/? If the link doesn't appear, just copy and paste the address. On the front page of the site, there is a tab for free downloads. They have both patterns (colored in!) and blank design sheets so you can make your own. I have ordered pieces from them in the past, and they are very nice to deal with.

What a great site! Thank you very much for sharing. I've made sure to bookmark the site. I'm excited since I'm just getting into EPP.

You're welcome! And, I forgot to mention before --- be sure to sign up for their email list. They frequently have sales (sometimes 50% off) and will send you a notice.

paperpieces.com is a nice site. Do you plan to print your own papers? If so, www.incompetech.com is a good site. There are sites that you can order precut papers. I am not familier with them. I just print and cut, but precut sounds like a real time saver. Have fun!

I have looked on paperpiecing.com before. I can't get the pictures to come up. Is there a secret to it?

Not that I am aware of. All the photos pop up when I click on it. Do you have a Pop-Up Blocker on? It might be that it could cause a problem. Do you at least get an empty white spot where the photo should be? If so, is there a small x in the corner? If so, right click it and you should get an option to 'Show Picture'.

If it isn't either of those, I can only guess there is a setting in your computer that needs to be turned off or on, but I could not tell you which one it might be. Either that or you are missing the right program to show the photos. Hopefully someone else will know exactly what is wrong.

I've never had this problem. My blocker is off. The picture shows up for a second and then they all disappear. Even when I bring up PICTURES it does the same thing. I tried to write them but didn't find a way. O Well. I'll just have to look one at a time. Thanks.
