Default Going Digital

I am looking to go digital on my long arm. I have an HQ16 and I am looking at the IntelliQuilter. Does anyone have this system on their long arms and do you like it? Is it user friendly?
I may go all out and purchase a whole new machine and system and I am currently looking at the APQS and a Nolting.
Any comments on either of these machines as to your likes or dislikes?
Thanks for everyone's help.

It's a huge investment. I would go to a major show and look at all the options out there. You can compare them, find out what works best for YOU and check on what type of support you will receive after purchase.
If you are not hands on with computerized equipment, I would suggest purchasing a complete package. This way you know that everything works together (remember the frame is also involved). While it is certainly possible to acquire the items individually, if something doesn't work, you can't be 100% sure what it is and technical support from one component may just point fingers and say it's not their problem.

I agree with PaperPrincess. Go to a major quilt store so that you can analysis which machine will fit your needs the best. It is a HUGE investment,

I never gave a thought if I had issues with different components how this would be handled. You have given me more food for thought.

Nettie, have you considered MQR as it can be added to just about any machine from a 9" to a 26" or larger I suspect. I started out with the PCQ, then moved to the PCQ retrofitted MQR and now have the big MQR for my 26". Have never regretted the move. It seems to be less expensive than others I've checked out and I have great Customer Service with it too.
