Does anyone know where to get the pattern for this gorgeous table runner?

Yea! You did find it, thank you! Looks like there are other gorgeous patterns in that book as well.

I did this runner a few years ago. The squares are fused to the batting and then the gold strips are top stiched in place. Fussy to do but very beautiful when done.
