I plan to do some searching to see what I can find in a store instead of ordering online. The frame itself was shipped straight from Grace. These people I am dealing with are just the go-between.
Just wondering how it worked out with your frame? Where you able to get everything resolve? I ordered one over the weekend from sewvac direct. I have not heard anything about the shipping from Grace.
I was just wondering how long your shipping took?
Did you end up sending it back or keeping it?
I did alot of research and I have seen nothing but good things when dealing with Grace.. I sure hope you get everything resolved.

@familyfun: I did finally get everything resolved but was still a couple more hiccups beforehand. After the sending of wrong frame, and cracked piece, they sent me the wrong piece, but made it all good and overnighted the right piece. There is no other made that has these awesome features, so I was very glad to get them resolved. The company I ordered from was amazing but shipment, etc came directly from Grace. I still feel they are a good company even though I was frustrated. They made it all good and all involved were really nice about it all.

I think it took about a week to receive the initial frame. Maybe not that long. Let me know how you like yours. Directions were well written. My advice, keep your hardware organized as you put it together. Make sure you read each step and go in order. This is critical in putting it together. This isn't one of those fly by the seat of your pants put together jobs, lol.

@Teresa My frame is suppose to arrive on Friday.. so shipping from Utah to Ohio was Fast.
I am so glad to hear you got everything worked out.. I already went online and read threw the assembly instructions because I read so many reviews on how time consuming it was to put together.. and how there were a zillion bits and pieces. I am glad you like yours.. I will let you know how it goes.
    Thanks again for the advice.
