Hello Everyone I am making a GFG and sewing them to 11.5 inch muslin background fabric. How many blocks do I need for a Queen Size Quilt? I am recovering from foot surgery and a quilt guild member taught me the GFG pattern since I couldn't get to my sewing room downstairs. I will hopefully be back on my feet in February so in the meantime I am making my blocks to stitch together and I am not sure how many blocks I will need since I am fairly new to quilting. Thank you for all your suggestions. Happy Quilting! Diana :) :)

I'd make it 9 x 10.

So I will keep stitching to get 90 blocks. I knew I could rely on everyone to give me the help I needed. I love coming on here and reading and looking at everything. Truly an addict to this site.
