I keep repeating this saying (and I don't have it word for word) but if you can make a difference in one child's life.... You have. Good for you. My daughter got pregnant in her senior year. That was really tough! Have a wonderful 32-year old grandson whom I love dearly. I was 40 when he was born. Wish you were there for us too.

By giving her your attention you may have just helped her get going straight and get her life in order. You have certainly set a good example for her. Keep up the good work and thank you for caring.

She can probably get a check also. Does she have pregnant Medicaid? I think all the states have it now.

WIC is a great program for moms to be, they can get on it before the birth of the baby to help insure proper nutrition for the mom :)
