I know this has been discussed, but here goes anyway. What a wonderful forum. I have learned so much and I have tried really hard to move from lurker to contributor. I read and read all of the posts about hf blades so I ordered 10 packs! Their shipping is outragious and rediculous-but even with that- what a deal! I could hardly wait to try them out and I have to say- they are great. So I got to thinking. I'm a painting/wallpaper contractor and I pay about 5 dollars for a pack of five wallpaper blades. I found them on HF - 1 dollar for 10 blades. Unbelievable! And the wallpaper knives that I pay about 4 dollars for are 99 cents. Next time I order, I'm just going to order about a hundred dollars of what ever i need and be done with the pesky shipping thing for a year! Thank you gals!

    That is great!
I live by a HF. I recently purchased 12 two pack blades at 1.49 each. Once in a while there will be a blade with a nick in it and it won't cut as good. For that price, I'll toss it and grab another one. So far so good with what I have.

looks like there is a harbor freight in davenport iowa which is about two hours away. I probably go to davenport about once a year so i am going to have to check them out.
