Is it cotton??

I've gotten some stretch knit stuff that came in a tube like that...I just cut it to suit my needs - I used it to make a wrap carrier for my son. I've never seen it with regular cotton, though...

It must be a knit. Knits are knit in a tube and cut before shipping. We had a few come in uncut when I was at JoAnn's.

Ribbing is sold that way. It's possible to make seamless t-shirts with it; however, it's more commonly used to make cuffs and neckbands for sweats.
