    I would try to get my money back, too! Furthermore I think I'd hound them every single day until I got it. Be relentless! It's just not right for people to treat you like that. Sorry it worked out this way.

    i ordered from them when they came to the GA Quilt Show and i received my order within the appropriate time frame and received conf emails all along the way. My table is great!! Not sure where the ball was dropped on their end but they have been very responsive to my communications (all by email).

    I agree with the customer service! They never call you back when they say they will and I still do not have my table! Having the same problem!

    Old problem, new time. I purchased these guides at the Madison Quilt Expo a couple of weeks ago. They do not stick like they are suppose too. Did anyone else have any more to do with this company? Did they ever send the guides? Did they work? Anyone? I did, just tonight, send them an e-mail. They do need time to respond. Now that I am researching the company, I came across this.
